How long does it take to process an order?

All items are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. Every order is packed with care. 

Please note that processing and shipping times may vary slightly during high demand periods. 

What about shipping?

We currently ship within the US. Shipping times depend on your location. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location.  

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. 

At this time we do not offer international shipping. 

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase based on the carrier's current pricing.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
